Tour de Moor 2011 - The Steevenson team all survived this years ride, seven riding the 35mile route and three riding a 15mile route. They managed to achieve the full distance in under four and a half hours; that's twenty minutes quicker than last years event! Not too many accidents along the way although Charles may choose off-road tyres next year as his 'slick' hybrid tyres sent him off into the mud first. A great day despite the aches and pains, and we must have taken a wrong turning at one point or gone round in circles as the clock showed we had done 37.8 miles at the finish!
All for a great cause, St Luke's Hospice who we have supported for many years.

CHARLES STEEVENSON WINES Ltd. ~ Annual Charity Wine Tasting
Another succesful year of wine tastings and this the annual event in Tavistock was the pinnacle of the years events. Plenty of new wines on show and a few rare and unusual spirits to excite the eager punters from Eaux de Vie. Many thanks to all our suppliers who leant a hand on the night, all of whom continue to offer unquestioning support and enthusiasm for this event. Next years date is already in the calendar and we will of course discuss other tastings nearer the time.

The Tour de Moor - Raising money for St. Luke's Hospice in Plymouth
"Recent Charity Mountainbike ride over Dartmoor was a success; blood sweat and tears, but we all made it to the finish line." A great day for a very worthy cause, and
after a grueling four and a half hours in the saddle all enjoyed a well earned drink at the finish line.
We would like to thank everyone who supported us in this event as it was a roaring success and your donations were greatly appreciated. Please note we have already signed up for next years event, watch the events page for more details.
