The wine has an elegant pale yellow hue, with a bouquet reminiscent of pineapple, mango and melon. The palate is crisp and fresh, with a pleasant zesty acidity, great minerality and a long and lingering finish. Perfect on its own or to accompany white meats, fish and pasta with white sauces.

Deep ruby-red color, with aromas and flavors of prunes, black cherries and coffee. The partial oak ageing adds amazing complexity. This, coupled with the elegant and soft tannins, make this wine perfect on its own or to accompany meats, game and soft cheeses.

The wine has a lovely and intense ruby-red colour with a bouquet reminiscent of cherries, dried fruit, chocolate and prunes. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and round, with a pleasant spiciness and an amazingly long and lingering finish.This wine is made with the same process used to make the world famous Amarone wines of Northern Italy and produces unparalled richness and intensity of flavour with long lasting sweetness. Straw-yellow color with some green hints. A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach and mango with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavor, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

The oak is amazingly well integrated, giving the wine a juicy, jammy flavour with a silky and long lasting finish. Best when served with meats, game and strong cheeses. Due to its soft tannins it is also perfect on its own.

Hand harvested grapes from Marlborough were matured in French oak barriques for twelve months before selective blending to create an elegant wine with fine tannins and ripe berryfruits.
