Made in the satellite region of Lussac Saint-Emillion in Bordeaux which is famed for a rounder, more soft and approachable style of claret. Mostly dominated by Merlot, with some Cabernet Franc and aged in oak for more than 12 months. Drinking very well now but will withstand a good few years in the cellar.

A deep purple in colour with an extremely perfumed nose of ripe blackberry, cherry and vanilla. Supple dark berry flavours caress the palate, with beautifully integrated tannins. Broad and persistent on the finish with lingering berry fruit.
