Details
A blend of classic port grapes carefully monitored to promote optimum ripeness of colour, fruit flavours and tannins. A great introduction to what Portugal has to offer beyond the boundaries of Port. After crushing and desteming the must was cold soaked for 48 hours, then the wine fermented at 21 degrees centigrade for five days, then finaly drained and pressed. After malolactic fermentation the wine was aged in French oak for six months.
