Beaumont des Crayeres have been our bench mark in house champagne for years, and are still going strong. They are maticulous about their selection of grapes and attention to detail is maintained throughout the production. Their entry point brut continues to surpass many at the same level of competition, and could easily stand up against some of the more established names. A bold statement but in our opinion you really have to try this wine to see what we mean!

Marlborough, innovitive winemaking has produced a lively, intense wine bursting with flavours of capsicum, gooseberry and citrus. The Paua Bay wines are produced from grapes specially selected by internationally renowned winemaker Alan McCorkindale creating wines of quality and character.

A smooth, sweet almond liqueur, distilled from almonds in the North of Italy...utterly devine!

Clean and zesty on the palate with a tangy burst of sherbert on the finish. Drink icy cold either as a mid-meal palate cleanser or simply for pleasure on ice.

Straw-yellow color with some green hints. A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach and mango with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavor, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

The mystical union of the moon and the vine is not entirely coincidental: it is now accepted that there is a symbiotic relationship between the phases of the moon and the progress of the vine. A biodynamic wine that really has character and depth.

Deep ruby-red color, with aromas and flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, coffee and pepper. The oak is amazingly well integrated, giving the wine a juicy, jammy flavour with a silky and long lasting finish. Best when served with meats, game and strong cheeses. Due to its soft tannins it is also perfect on its own.
