Beaumont des Crayeres have been our bench mark in house champagne for years, and are still going strong. They are maticulous about their selection of grapes and attention to detail is maintained throughout the production. Their entry point brut continues to surpass many at the same level of competition, and could easily stand up against some of the more established names. A bold statement but in our opinion you really have to try this wine to see what we mean!

Fabulously uplifting and aromatic fruit with distinctive overtones of grapefruit, lychee and sauvignon blanc traits, yet it is actually made from the Colombard grape in Southern France.

Domaine de Villargeau, Coteaux du Giennois, situated near to the borders of Sancerre but not within its boundaries therefore allowing you to obtain a 'Sancerre look a-like' at a fraction of the cost of a real Sancerre.

Fantastic fruit on the initial palate but with a Sancerre-like dry clean and scented finish.

The wines of Sauternes are sweet, but also fine and delicate. Their " rôti " bouquet develops very well with ageing, becoming rich and complex, with crystallized orange and hazel nut, honey notes. The " rôti " is the specific character given by the noble rot to the Sauternes wines, which results in a taste of crystallized honey.
