Terra D'Alter BLANCO
Full of flavour and character made from traditional Portuguese grape varieties. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness of fruit flavours and acidity by constant sampling in the vineyards. After crushing the grapes were cold pressed and the juice settled for 48 hours before racking and fermentation. The wine fermented at 12-14 degrees centigrade for 20 days, then was left on lees for 3 months before bottling.
